Eureka and Ferndale California, like to visually share their fancy victorian houses with decorative gingerbread and amazing window treatments. Most of these mansions are so large, that you have to step way back in order to view their majestic architecture. I preferred the close up window of this pink one, built in 1889 and given as a wedding present from lumber baron William Carson to his son John Milton Carson.
